Oct 01-Apr 30.....$150-$175/night + 10% tax - Cabin
2 night minimum stay; 3 night minimum for Holidays

May 01-Sep 30...$200-$225/night + 10% tax - 3 night minimum - Cabin

$300 security deposit secures reservation.
$50 cleaning fee is retained.
Additional deposit for pets.  Prior approval required.
